    This is a south indian receipe made from kerala.  Its a sweet receipe which is like a role stuffed with kismis, kaskas, grated coconut with sugar.  My mom used to do during Ramzan month and every festival.  Its very tasty and heavy to eat if we eat more than two.  We can made it occasionally. Batter made with maida, egg and jeera.  It should be like dosa batter.

        Let start with batter take a cup of maida, add some water to make it smooth batter add a pinch of  salt,  one spoon jeera and two pieces of small inion and egg. beat egg, 2 pc onion with jeera in a beater and it to the batter we made.

       I think many viewers having an question why we are adding a onion in a sweet dish?  Is it so because In the batter as we are adding egg, egg has sulfer this is because protein creates excess of hydrogen sulfide.  the smell of eggs some will like some will dislike.  If we add onion it beats the smell of egg. while onion too contain sulfer. now with this batter we put dosa . But keep it in a mind first dosa should made from outside layer  to inside to middle it means batter should be dropped in the tawa started with outer circle to inner circle of tawa. If we drop batter outer circle it automatically flow all over tawa  and add some more to make dosa.

          for stuffing

In pan add one tablespoon ghee add kaskas, cashews, raisins, grated coconut and sugar one by one and fry it till light brownish colour.

    In a dosa pan put thin layer of batter and close with the lid.  make all the batter one by one and make dosa and keep it aside. Now take one dosa put one tbsp. stuffing in dosa and simply roll it and keep it aside. Make all stuffing as same.

   now muttapaaladai  is ready to eat. It will be tasty and healthy.
