Maggie is considered as a tasty food for all. Adding vegetables with curryleaves and green chillies makes maggie an great level taste. We can also prepare Maggie stuffed in between Breads to make Sandwitches.
You may think usuall preparation of Maggie with vegetables its not any big changes in Tastes. But preparing Maggie with some curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic paste with one small portion of onion and tomato and that too adding Maggie masalas will definetetly gives tastes and also changes in your tongue. You will enjoy the flavour of curry leaves which rich in iron and green chillies is high level metobolism to your growing child and grandmas too. Combine fresh or dried curry leaves with other spices will make a flavourful seasoning Blend.

SPICEY VEG MAGGIE
INGREDIENTS:
MAGGIE NOODLES - 2 PACKETS
ONION - 1 MEDIUM
TOMOTOES - 1 MEDIUM
GREEN CHILLIES - 2 NOS
CURRY LEAVES - 10-20 LEAVES
GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1/2 SPOON
CAPSICUM, CARROT, PEAS - EACH SMALL CUP
OIL - ONE TBSP
SALT - PINCH
METHOD:
Take a pan Add one Tbsp of oil Add curry leaves with green chillies. Add chopped oinion and fry it. Add tomotoe, ginger garlic paste and saute well. Now add maggie masala and vegetables except capsicum and stir it. Now add 4 cups of water. keep boiling till vegetables cooked well. Add another cup of water if necessary. Now add the noodles when its started to boil add the capsicum and cook for 3 minutes. now spicey veg maggie is ready to serve.
TIPS: You can also add boiled vegetables expect capsicum.
capsicum can be added finally.
In final stage you can also add egg. But adding egg is optional.
You can also stuff maggie in a toasted bread.
Simple dish with tasty receipe. Not only children all age group like maggie with different style.
