 Prawn Considered as one of the best and tasty sea food.  It has high level Protein.  But It has cholesterol depending upon how we prepare the dish. It has Omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 improves eye sight, promote brain health, impoves risk factors at heart disease, It reduces blood pleasure.  It has good choestrol.

     Before Starting to cook firstly clean the prawns , cleaning the prawns is a light bigger process only .  Cleaning meant  remove the prawn head and thin thread like intestine with help of small knife. Clean many times with cold water. Soak the prawns with rock salt and turmeric powder few minutes. In that mean time you can chopp the onion, tomato's and coriander.  Now wash the prawns and keep a side. Now you can see the prawns looks fresh with no smells.

    Lets move to prepare Tasty and healthy sea food.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING PRAWN CAPSICUM  GRAVY.



                         


  PRAWNS      -  1/4KG (2 PERSON)
  CINNAMON, CLOVES - 2nos each
  GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1SPOON
  ONIONS            -        3 NOS
  TOMATOES       -        2 NOS
  GREEN CHILLIES    -        4NOS
  CAPSICUM  -        1 SMALL
  CORIANDER LEAVES  - FINELY         CHOPPED ONE HAND FULL
  RED CHILLI POWDER    -  1/2 SPOON
  TURMERIC POWDER      -   1/4 SPOON
  SALT                                   -  To TASTE
  Oil.                                    - 3TBSP

  METHOD:

      Take a Pan add some oil put cinnamon, cloves into it and finely chopped onions with green chillies and fry it till light brown add ginger garlic paste fry well . Add tomatoes, red chilli, turmeric and salt it to it . Wait till oil comes up , In this time add the prawns and fry it. Add little water as prawns have enough water lastly add the capsicum and cover the pan with lid with low flame. After 10 minutes you can see that oils comes up in this stage add the coriander leaves.  Now Prawn capsicum gravy ready to taste.




                    



TIPS:
        Don't boil the prawns more than 15 minutes. It may become hard to eat.
       
      Sprinkle some water don't add more water  
      
       Lastly you can add some crushed pepper so that it can reduce bad cholesterol. Its optional .

      Always buy white prawns. It tastes good. Red prawn has more smells after cooking also.
