MINT JUICE

               MINT LEMONADE

                         

    Mint leaves is best described as a herbal medicinal value.   It improves digestion, weight loss and relief from nausea.  It can be used in many culinary preparations. Not only mint uses internally although it is used to reduce pimples and skin problems.  

   It is cheap and best in herbal greens.  But many of us not caring at all.  You can also grow your mint in your balcony or in your kitchen garden.  It is easy to grow and easy to use. No need mud pot or anyelse.  Just  Need an container and enough sunlight to grow.  


                       


  Do you have bad breath just chew 4 or 5 mint leaves.  Its a great mouth freshner.  Preparing this hot summer with cool mint juice with lemon make our stomach cool and fresh.  During Ramadan month we use to prepare mint lemonade in ifthiar make us fresh and makes digestion what ever we ate during ifthiar. Preparing is very easy and simple and benefits are much lot.  Lets we move to the preparation.
               


                                             MINT LEMONADE

 INGREDIENTS

        MINT LEAVES           15-20 LEAVES
        SUGAR                        5 TABLESPOON
        PINCH OF SALT
        LEMON                       ONE LEMON.
        WATER                        1/2LITRE
 METHOD

        In a Mixie jar add mint leaves , sugar, pinch of salt and grind it with little water.  In bowl with half litre of water add lemon juice, filter the mint paste add some water squezee it with spoon.  In a glass add ice cubes and add the mint juice now mint lemande is ready to serve.

  2. Mint lemode simple preparation but have more health benefits. In restaurant this is quiet costly while compare to home preparation is quiet easier and cheaper.
