Pepper Chicken


    PEPPER CHICKEN:  Pepper contains high level of anti-oxidents which helps to destroy bacteria and viruses.  It also helps for boosting metabolism. 

                     
      
   Spices which I added in pepper chicken will reduce cold and flue, stop bacterial and viral infection and also reduce inflammation.  Spices which I added is Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cloves, Pepper. Now I will proceed to Method and Ingredients . This is Traditional receipes. My mom use to prepare masala in mashing stone which is traditional method of grinding manually. This gives Tastes and aroma.

                             


  INGREDIENTS:
         CHICKEN   - 1/2 KG
         PEPPER       - 2SPOON
         TURMERIC - 1/4 SP

         GINGER       - 2 INCH
         GARLIC       - 5 TEETH   
         CINNAMON -2 NOS
         CLOVES       - 3NOS
         TOMATOES  -2 MEDIUM
         CURD            -3 TBSP
         DHANIA LEAVES - LITTLE
         SALT TO TASTE.

      METHOD:
     
         Take a bowl Add washed and cleaned chicken pieces (chicken with bone pieces) add smashed tomatoes, curd, turmeric and salt. Marinate and keep aside for half-an-hour.







    FOR MAKING MASALA
     
         In the Grinding stone or mashing stone mash ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, pepper and make a paste into it. 
        Now covert the marinated chicken into the cooking pan and keep a boiling with closing with lid in medium flame.  after 5 minutes add the masalas into it.  Now you can feel the aroma of pepper masalas. Keep boiling few minutes don't add too much water.  chicken will have sufficient water. After water evaporates add two table spoon oil and fry it till it becomes thick. stir and fry it fluently. Now you can see the tasty pepper chicken ready to eat. Add coriander leaves atlast.
       You can serve with rice, chappatis Toasted Bread. It even tasty in rice with rasam.

TIPS:
         This dish can be made with mutton also but boneless cut into tiny pieces.
         No Need to add water. chicken has enough water.
         Mashing or grinding with help of stone will gives taste. 
         For optional you can add home made ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and pepper powder which freshly made.
